This page is different from my blog because here I want to introduce myself to you. OK then, here you go!
I am Yiğit Yılmaz. I was born in 1992 in Ankara, Turkey. During my undergraduate studies at Bilkent University, I was a recipient of a very competitive merit scholarship and completed my BA degree in Political Science and Public Administration, I have also earned a Minor degree in History. I spent 6 months at Maastricht University in the Netherlands as part of the Erasmus+ student exchange programme in the Spring semester 2015. Perhaps most importantly, in 2018, I became a recipient of a prestigious Jean Monnet Scholarship that I used to complete an MSc degree in Sociology at the Erasmus University Rotterdam in the Netherlands. Currently, I am living in Rotterdam, the Netherlands.
